Kay's wedding was absolutely beautiful. It was Sunday June 7th at the Ibis Hotel in Suwon. The ceremony was glitzy with a glass walkway of rose petals and raindrop chandeliers above. There are some traditions that are quite unique to the Korean ceremony. My favorite is when the groom takes off his shoe and runs around the room while people shove money in it - brilliant! The only shocker is how nonchalant guests are when the weddings appear to be so over the top. I've never heard guests be so loud during the ceremony. We're talking 200 people having bar-voice level conversations. Jake says this makes weddings more bearable...ha!
